Woodcroft Tavern

Okay, while a part of me wants to say that this place is pretty new, the fact that the last time I spent an extended period of time down this area, the place was basically paddocks and the closest shops were a half hour walk over to Reynella, I can't really make that statement. Anyway, it certainly has been done up recently, though this is more an observation by my friend who used to live nearby. The thing is that this pub actually has a pretty decent atmosphere about it, and even has some craft beers on tap, which is surprising for a pub tucked around in the suburbs. It's certainly stands out from many of the other places in the area, and I'd be more than happen to come here more often (if it wasn't for the distance).

Two of us celebrated birthdays during the week and so a group went to have a meal at the Woodcroft -the service was great! - We all had something different and enjoyed it - good sizes and salad/vegie bar added a lovely touch. Then we went in to listen to the band - The Remnants and ended up staying until the end, great music and everybody was just there to have a great time. A most enjoyable night - Thanks!!

average! very average... the salad bar is like mush, and some of the food is soggy and not very appealing to the eye.

drinks are over priced over the counter. service seems nice, food is cr**py

This is the worst food I have had in a long time, recycled left over food for dinner crumbed and deep fried and placed in the salad bar. Food deep fried dripping in oil,nuggets so hard kids could not get their teeth in it so left hungry. need to lift their game gone back to revolting standard of a few years ago. Look at the truck menu on web page needs to be updated
