I ordered a takeaway pizza from WWP on Friday night, and when I turned up to pick it up, the Pizza cook, took it out of the oven and said it was burnt so he would have to cook me another one. This offer, though inconvenient to wait another 15 minutes for the next pizza, was an appreciated good will gesture. They gave me the first burnt pizza complimentary. I then went home with the first burnt pizza and the freshly cooked second one. Once I got home, I opened the 'fresh' pizza, only to find it was more burnt than the first - inedible! I went tonight to get the refund, and the owner advised me that I should have bought the pizza back the night it occurred and that no refund would be forthcoming. ...read more
Zero Stars.
This place is just horrible - the people are rude and the food is horrible. Twice we have been served up food that is STONE COLD and each time they say 'we will fix you next time' - guess what. They don't. They even overcharged for the meals Vs their menu price and then want to argue about it.
a)Rude.

We ordered the 'North Star' pizza from this restaurant tonight and after half a peice each we actually threw the rest out and made something else for dinner. While claiming to be 'gourmet' pizza it was oily, bland, lacking toppings and just tasted horrible. Even my boyfriend wouldn't finish his peice and boys eat anything! I can't speak for any other dishes.
