Normally if I were going to a cheese factory I'd expect them to have lots of expensive bouquet options for tasting in order to buy. That's sort of what they had here - but the great thing is it wasn't expensive! Sure there was some that built up $$, but I was pleasantly surprised to see their prices. It was also pleasant that the person with the samples was incredibly friendly and knowledgable without being overbearing, not looking down their nose at me. It's not the biggest place and they don't have the biggest choice but for a local business that's not unusual - and they are right next door to Melba's chocolate factory so location is quite convenient.
