This vet was better before it changed name. It's become very much a number system in and out. Vets change all the time there. We were talked into a plan for our dog when we came back a lot of things changed things that were supposed to be included in the plan weren't the second time around. We won't be returning anymore.

we have used woofpurnay for 1 year now, for vaccinations and 1 operation for our dogs. Cost was what you expected and would expect anywhere else. Professionalism was what you expected and got. We still take the dogs every week to swim there and yes, we still get the same as what we expect, those who complain as I have read, there must be something wrong with you. What Vet practice would spend so much to upgrade their premises and demand on their essential services for just the money and no care to the animals they care for? We support them 100% and will continue to use their great service!!!!!
They used to be fantastic, but since it was taken over by another, I've noticed a drop in their service and increase in their price. Phone service now not very good and often put on hold when just trying to make an appointment. Vets themselves are OK.

Took our dog to the boarding kennels and on picking him up they explained they had a Kennel cough outbreak. We found out that they new of the outbreak before we dropped our dog off, yet failed to inform us of this at that time. On explaining this we asked that if he was to get sick that they would waiver the vet charges and they became rather rude and told us that any charges would be at our expense. Wouldn't you know it but our dog now has kennel cough thanks to WoofPurNah. No regard for your dogs health.

An outstanding, caring team. I have follow the Woofpurnay family for 13 years, from their small practice to their outstanding Veterinary Hospital, which provides some of the best and most current veterinarian care any pet or owner could ask for. The love, care and cuddles my beautiful golden retriever received from staff everytime she visited, ensured she had a very positive experience, regardless of the treatment she had to have. My gorgeous girl passed away recently and the compassion we both received the night I rushed to Woofpurnay was truly incredible. I will always be so appreciative for their empathy, care and thoughfulness during a truly distressing time.
