I will only shop there for odd products such as meat and yoghurt that I can't find at Coles and will return to Coles for large shop. The main reason is that when using a trolley, the whole shopping Experience ends unpleasantly in that particular store. If using normal till service, in the past few months the staff do not seem to know how to pack properly and scan items by error more than once, resulting In a supervisor having to fix it and check the whole shopping. To avoid this poor service, the other option is to go through self service. The area dedicated to this is not designed to accommodate trolleys and someone had the brilliant idea to build the floor on an incline! Therefore the trolley cannot stay in place during the transactions and slide in the alley blocking the passage! It's a great shame since woolies tend to have a good range of products but I can't be bothered anymore. Fantastic selection of spirits & great savings on the new rewards card system they have introduced for woolworths stores.The card is a good idea saves worrying about keeping the 4cent docets in paper form it's more practical to have a card & keep it in your wallet to save on petrol

Huge store, very clean and prices are good for the eastern suburbs. Staff are polite which always makes a difference.

Huge selection of wines and spirits. Always have plenty of deals on to grab a bargain.
