Never enough tills open and 2 of the self check out tills not working today again. Staff unable to help with adding woolworths reward amount once checked out as I couldnt get it to work on the self serve check out so went to assist desk. They said I would have to return all items be refunded and then then pay again!!!!. As the queues were 3 to 4 people deep i decided to miss out. The reason I shop at Woolworths is the rewards which are attched to Qantas. However Aldi is much cheaer, quality the same or better and its much quicker to get though the tills. Avoid this Woolworths. It has such a bad reputation for poor service.
totally disgusted the way the staff treated my wife, my wife went into woolworths currambine for an item which they did not have, on leaving she left through the self service as she had nothing to pay for, she was half way through the shoping centre when two members of woolworths staff pulled my wife and wanted to look in her bag and they proceded to look and rifle through her bag, finding nothing they returned to the shop, my wife was so upset at there behavour in the middle of this shopping centre, i under stand they have the right to look in your bag, but at there doors, not in the middle of the shopping centre they dont own the shopping centre, on a phone call to complain to the manager he give the impression that he was not bothered, didnt even ask for my wife name. we will not use this store again
