Would NEVER go back there again!! Worst experience ever having my child's birthday. The staff on duty was rude, loud and lacked customer service skills. The staff wasn't helpful. Have never had any problems in the past, but after that bad experience...its left a very sour & bitter taste in my mouth of Wriggle It. Would rather pay more at other indoor playgrounds and receive excellent service.
I am a long term regular of Wriggle It and this is the best playcentre I've been too. The staff are friendly. The prices are fantastic and the cleanliness is great
(although it is an older centre and yes the floor in the caf is painted and is very scratched and damaged you can tell that it is clean) I have seen the staff cleaning and making sure each toy especially in the baby area is disinfected daily as I am often there until closing as my son never wants to leave. Throughout the holidays it is a bit busier and it must be harder for staff to keep areas clean with so many kids using the equipment I am always impressed by how much the staff really care about the kids and keep and eye on kids behaviour and making sure all the kids are safe. I highly recommend this centre to anyone.
The place is pretty dirty. My kids love playing there but it needs a good vacuum and mop-on a regular basis! The toilets look like they have not been cleaned for weeks and when you have children lifting the toilet seat up and down and all you can see is urine all over it ! I'm glad I don't have a baby to worry about crawling around the place! Lucky they do have hand sanitizer to use at the counter but it would be nice if you felt you didn't need to use it at all!
My wife and I bring our kids regularly to this centre and we love it. The price is very inexpensive considering all the stuff they have for the kids to do and the air con is truly a blessing during the hot days. The place is clean and tidy and love all the new equipment they have added. PS I love your wedges
I would have to say the only thing going for Wriggle It is the entry charge for children $1 per year of age, it is way cheaper than a lot of indoor places for kids. The day we went though, hardly impressive. I dare say the management had not run a mop over the place since it opened a few years back!!! Filthy sticky grimy floors, NO tables cleaned, all the high chairs were disgusting!! It was dark and dreary, not much lighting. No food in the display cabinet either, so unless you love it deep fried and clogging your heart, than you may be disappointed, I know I was. The play area is very large, so my kids thought it was fun, but as a Mum who did not experience the enjoyment of the kids facilities ,I could see this place needs a bit of TLC and some people behind it who care about hygiene, appearance and great customer service.
Hi NowPromote, I'm not sure if this review is meant for us as our entry prices are not $1 per year of age (There was a playcentre in Loganholme that had those prices but have since closed down) We have also been open for 16 years not a few years. However I would like to invite you to/back to the Centre to see the improvements that we have made over the past 12 months. I have two children myself who play in the Centre and as a Mum myself I also share your concerns about cleanliness. We also offer hand santiser a the counter as well as santiser for any toys that your children are playing with as well as a strict cleaning schedule for all the equipment.
