l have done a lot of business at this pharmacy, the staff are very nice, except for the treatment to me today from the chemist, l have enough heartache at the moment with my eldest son in hospital that was in induced coma, l asked for some pain killers for my other son whom l was with, the chemist offered me panadol which l held when l realised it was only panadol, l mentioned l would get it at the supermarket, l didn't get to finish my sentence which would have been l didn't have much money (being on newstart), l cannot believe staff went red in the face snatched the panadol off me and shoved it on the bench sliding staff then proceeded to serve another customer, l was mortified, went home and just cried, after myself and another woman being abused on the train on way to hospital, hurting my foot as l jolted on the bus which the driver took off, and now this, thank God l believe there are good in all people this was the sour icing on the cake, l hope the chemist reads ...read more
My family have used this chemist for year's and i have never met a more nuttier , friendlier lot of people , they really take the time to get to know you , the service is second to none , never a dull moment , I would go out of my way just to use this chemist , Tony and the girls are amazing , nothing is too much trouble .
