Reached out to customer service on an issue with our blinds. Apparently they will not attempt to come out to see the problem and has pushed it back on us the client to resolve. Unbelievable. From the staff on the phone who was completely rude and didn't care who they were speaking to suffice to say they simply ended the phone call on us, management isn't any better and refuses to acknowledge the situation. Shocking shocking shocking. Worst company ever. Will be taking it further.
We chose Wynstan about 3 years ago to provide and install a number of Crimsafe doors and windows in our home, after getting quotes from competitors. We found each person we dealt with very timely, professional, courteous and helpful. Ronny, our sales consultant, encouraged us to contact him with any queries or concerns. We were able to clarify things very quickly in this way (rather than needing to leave a msg with the office etc). The team had high standards in their installation, with the installer returning one door to the factory because 'ít wasn't up to standard' despite us not being able to notice any problem! All the doors and windows have performed well over the past three years. We will use again and recommend Ronny Couque and his team at Baulkham Hills Wynstan to all our friends!
MAY 2016 I got the Crimsafe Security Doors installed but i didn't get around writing review for that,
Doors are of exellent quality and the look and finish if the product is of high quality.
rest of my review will be after the little tecnical detail of the door is fixed,.
Otherwise product is excellent and above all I believe it is Australian made.
Looks like company is flat out - busy (seems with NEW CLIENTS only) I hope not.
Staffs are polite and professional.
About 3.15 pm I posted this review & 3:18 pm I got a call from Wynstan office that how about tomorrow morning someone come and fix your door between 10 and 11 am.
I am sure it will be done.
As promised installer was here as 11 am and in 20 min the job was done and gone.
NOW IT LOOKS AND WORKS AS NEW. Thanks to the unknown who speeded up the process and I did not had to wait for 10 days.
Never choose Wynstan. Very disappointing service. First they got the colour of my flyscreen doors wrong. Then took weeks to remake them and get the new ones in. Then when they finally installed the new correct coloured doors, they damaged my sliding door. When I told them about the damage, they refused to fix it!
