Unauthorised person (employee) established a work account with Xoom telecom (clearly poor security checks). Being the business owner I recieved a phone call, I was being billed for an account I didnt even know I had (or signed any contract for). Apon asking for an invoice I was given a invoice number but no actual invoice, I was forced to pay the bill whilst my business line was held ransom. Customer service member was no more than a sales rep. I was left out of pocket with no business line for days. Can not stress enough the lack of communication and the passive aggressive nature of this backyard shed company. Roll the dice if you like, I consider value of professionalism and operations when signing with a coompany.
