I have been going here for 2 years to get dysport injections and it usually works great. Not this time! Turns out I paid $430 worth but it has been recorded in the computer system that I paid $130 worth. I paid cash but don't have the receipt to prove it ??. I won't be back!!!
Very disappointed with my visit to this salon. Was booked in for 11am, finally seen 20 mins late. I was booked in for an IPL consultation, the room was being used so we had to sit on a massage bed, we were constantly interrupted with people knocking on the door and coming in to get things. We filled in the forms and then went to do the skin patch test, the IPL room was still being used so they sat me in a pedicure seat to wait for the room to be free (which I normally wouldn't of minded, who doesn't like a massage while they wait?!) but then.... the technician comes back to me and says "my next client has arrived, can you come back later to do the patch test?" by this time I'm a bit annoyed but agree to come back later.....I go to walk out and she says that's $45.00.......I said "for what?, you haven't done anything and I haven't had the patch test!" she replies "that's ok you wont have to pay when you come back".....I finally had enough, I hand my bankcard over and said "I ...read more
I paid for on special to have my daughters underarms done for hair removal IPL..Out of the six treatments she had she was mildly burnt twice and the seemed to be no difference..We did receive one free treatment but after 6 months later there is no hair loss what so ever..She definatley has the right skin tone to have this done so that is not the problem,,,Very disappointed..
Just had the $55 neck, shoulder and back massage and it was amazing. Really relaxing and enjoyable!
Just read your comment and it sounds like you need a relaxing massage to take away all of that built up anger and frustration.
