Oh God, this was the worst waxing experience I have had. I have been getting my legs waxed for over 15 years and I got a waxing package as a Groupon deal. The building was run down and creepy. The staff waxing my legs got the hair stuck in the wax on several occasions and missed half the hair on my legs. Another staff that worked there said a customer had just walked out because of a bad Brazilian. AWFUL!

Dont go there, if you have a pram with you or need wheelchair access. Even though i told them, i was arriving with bub, they did not mention they had no lift access, so i had to struggle up to the first floor with a baby, pram and bag by myself. The premises looks like an old office with one room converted into the hair salon, with hardwood floors and basins. My hair cut was very average, and i could not run my fingers through my hair, after staff girl only left the treatment on for what it seemed like 2 minutes. Will not be returning.
