I was told about these guys from a stranger, I should have known better.

I took my car there as it was stuck in third gear, I knew there was something wrong with the transmission, I was told it will cost me $2,100, I also knew I had a hole in the muffler and asked them to fix that along with a full service, the price went up to $3,000.

All said and done, I get my car back with the drivers side door lock broken, and the muffler falling off, but my lights were out, they told me they did not know about the lights, and the muffler was fine when it left. They then told me it is because I have another hole in the muffler and they need another $80.00 to fix it. They have agreed to fix my lock, but I don't understand how they missed so many things with the full service.

I am incredibly unhappy .

As a single mother struggling, this was the last thing I needed.

I will NEVER go back nor recommend them to anyone, I will be taking this to consumer affairs.
