Yorke Educational Centre

The worst service ever! I was charged $10 to receive a refund for a text book that was ordered mistakenly by the book shop and had not even arrived in the store. Let alone be delivered. Multiple, multiple calls and emails to get my money back

Was on holidays so completely overlooked ordering my sons books until last week....oops.....I called Yorke to check before placing my order and they were extremely helpful they checked to see if they had the books I needed in stock and my order was sent out straight away! Luckily we managed to get all the books before school started back!

I have been dealing with Yorke for many years and having put 5 children through high school I have always found them friendly and professional.
Some textbooks are hard to obtain but they somehow seem to find my books when I need them.
Thank you Yorke for your service over the last few years.

Never deal with Yorke Educational Centre, I have never in all my dealings with online shopping been treated, spoken to and totally disregarded as a customer. They would not return my telephone calls, nor four emails over a month period, pathetic, this all to find out the status of my online order, one book only! They do not care about you the customer! Whatever you do please do not purchase anything from them!

The management certainly needs training on manners, and customer service and how to fix problems. Avoid this book supplier at all costs!
