I am very indifferent to them. I had a very bad experience, I think it is important to be very careful when dealing with an unregulated industry. I think do you research and look at all the reviews. That is my opinion on any services like the one that is provided by You by Sia.

Absolutley love it! One of the best things I have done!

A friend of mine reccommended YouBySia as she and her sister both have done laser hair removal in the past. An dI will only go anywhere if I have a trusted source, which I did.

My experience is great so far, half way through the sesions ( I signed up for package of 8)
I have had 2 of their staff work on me. Both lovely ladies and undertanding if the laser stings at moments :) I have been going to the WYnyard location in Sydney CBD.

I am doing my legs, underarm and bikini and from the 1st session and 2nd session I have noticed a difference! WOW! My skin is so smooth already and hardly any hair growns back and tha hair that does it is way finer and grows at much slower pace.

Worth the money and now I am thinking if only I have done laser hair removal years ago! never too late :) I highly recommend this clinic!

Absolutely disappointing.. The quality of customer service dropped so dramatically after the acquisition of Nads... New staff are rude and unprofessional. If you are 10 min late for appointment they simply cancel it. Constant bugs in their system, they never know how many treatments I have left and what was paid what was not. Won't be coming again. The worst clinic ever. Just a waste of time

Living by the beach, It is always a better look to not have a back of hair. You By Sia ensure the removal is as painless as possible. As I spend a lot of time outside I need to be able to book in with minimal notice. The staff are always very courteous and have never had adverse effects

I recently needed to get some excess hair removed and during my consultation, my You by Sia therapist, informed me about the type of laser they used, compared to the ones used by most salon operators.
