Having had a recent accident I found that the YOUI staff I had to deal with were extremely helpful and the follow up support was superb.
They processed my claim quickly and my car was repaired in a matter of days.
Their service was superior to some of the better known Insurance Companies.
I would highly recommend them
Normally I don't read previous reviews before I post my own review, as it helps to be impartial. However, it saddens me that people have been complaining that Youi has been slow to process claims.

When our Mazda was involved in a collision, the tow truck company said they were slow to progress claims. I have to say that I've found this to be completely untrue. They've contacted us daily, emailed updates and been thorough, friendly and relieved so much stress. And they saved us a bit of $ at the same time.
I recommend them!
