Very poor service, contacted Zambezi Pluming on Friday (21/04/17) for someone to come out and provide a quote on a replacement water system. Was advised that they were on an urgent job but someone would phone me back as soon as possible. It is now Tuesday (25/04/17) and I have still not received a call back. Will not consider using this company again.

Zambezi Plumbing BEWARE ! Charge call out, then CHARGE EXTRA for doing their paperwork at a cost of $25 BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!
Thank for your feedback, as discussed on the phone you required us to attend urgently within one hour which we did, the GPS printout shows our tradesman was on site for all the time charged. It was kind of you to call and apologise for your comments made.
