Zamel's

My ring had a stone fall out within weeks and went back for "interstate" repairs for a month.

Sadly, my daughter's man bought her engagement ring at a different Zamels ... same problem. Lengthy delays...not good enough when you are wanting to show people your engagement ring!

Just bought my Bride a beautiful gold snake chain from Zamel's in Hay Street, unfortunately the chain broke as she was putting it on, on Christmas morning.



Spoke to a staff member at the counter who quickly taunted "We don't give refunds".
