I have been going to Zapp hair design since 2010 after buying a coupon. I have since stuck to Amanda (owner) and only trust her. I change my hair color every 6 weeks and always walk out of Zapp hair design feeling great. I was so impressed with Amanda's skill that i made her official hair stylist for my wedding. And whats more awesome now is that there's a beauty parlor that does wax and tints. Perfect!
I have been going to Zapp for nearly 2 years now, and would rate them the best salon I have been to. Not only do they make me feel special with the 1 on 1 service but I love the way Amanda colours and styles my hair and she always knows exactly what I want. I always walk out feeling great !!!!
Bought a voucher for hair, and I wish i never went. My colour was patchy. Place was dirty.
The last lots of vouchers the salon has done was over a year ago. as we have done none this year.so for what ever you felt like writing this comment i simple phone call too the salon would of been much appreciated as we would of been more than happy too correct what ever you where not happy with or.simply listened. as hairdressers we can only do the best we can and sometimes we just cant please everybody as much we want too. zapp hair dezign only wants the best for the clients and too make sure the client feels good when they leave the salon. maybe next time give the salon a.chance before you voice your opinion so we could of at least tryed too correct what you werent happy with. hope if you buy vouchers in.future you have a.better experience.
