ZONE BOWLING

Summer school holiday break x3 kids and all their friends... What do you do? Head in doors and enjoy the cool air conditioner at AMF bowling of course!
It's close to home, it has a relaxed feel, and is lots of fun when visiting with friends.
Only downfall is the computers not working or registering your scores and games properly. For a few years now we have been coming in the rough the holidays and it happens with out fail. It's well and truly due for an upgrade.
I'm happy that my kids are happy, and I don't have to travel far for a few hours out in the heat

I bowl here at AMF Noarlunga at least twice, if not three times a week (league bowler), some weeks up to 15 games.



It is true, there are a lane or two that seem to have automatic scoring problems from time to time (Lane 21 especially), but overall this is not a serious problem, especially for a casual ...read more

I have visited both for a kids birthday party then just a family outing. both times, found it quite enjoyable. The interior does need a bit of a revamp but the computer system logging the pins was fully functional, no problems. There was an issue with some of the games in the little arcade area eating up tokens, but when we brought this to the attention of staff they were apologetic and more than helpful. I did personally question the suitability of the kids party presenter, they didn't seem to enjoy working with the kids, but the rest of thge staff were helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

price is reasonable if you go in the right time sessions. As a family, visiting this kind of place is costly (and is to be expected)

the few times i have been to this centre in the past year the computer logging the pins doesnt work properly. I have stopped going because its happened on more than 3 occasions. there was never any apologie just a reset of the last bowl. in one game it happened more than 3 times, it was very frustrating and there was no compensation for the 2nd game we played. you would have thought a 10% discount voucher or something small would have been plenty - but not even an apology. Pretty poor.

The place seems dark and needs a re-vamp.

but all in all, its bowling and you get what you pay for. just wont be visiting again for a fair while because of the dissapointment on the computers scoring
