Whether you have 1 left foot or two you can groove along and dance like nobody is watching. We're all here for the same purpose to get fit, have some fun and shimmy that booty into shape!
If you believe anything is possible, then yes you can do it!!
I am passionate about health and fitness and making life worth living with some energy. Zumba packs a punch with life, music and energy and there is no 'right' or 'wrong' way to Zumba.
So take a step, come to class and give it a go, it gets better every week!

Zumba Toning run every school term for 6 weeks, Monday and Wednesday nights, 7-8pm. Monday nights at Jinibara State School Hall, Cottontree Dr, Narangba.
