Zupps Subaru Mt Gravatt

Huge fuel leak just after car see at Zupps Mt Gravatt. My three year old also found a small metal part that was left in the back seat.

Safety and attention to detail do not appear to be strong points. I picked up my car on Tuesday and was told that work had been done on the fuel tank and to expect a strong fuel smell within the car. I filled the car up with petrol on Thursday and by Friday I couldn’t start the car as fuel was gushing out of the car. I had to get the fireies out to hose away the fuel.

I think it’s reasonable for Zupps to cover the cost of the tow and provide me with a loan car while the issue is repaired ... am not overly hopeful on this front however. Will provide an update as to the level of service Zupps provide after a pretty serious issue with their servicing.

The staff were very helpful and professional. It was a pleasant experience and everything ran smoothly. Including the car when I finally got it. Very happy.

I'm really happy with Zupps Subaru, I am driving my third Subaru from Mt Gravatt Zupps. The service has always been great & I like the fact that the service prices are capped so I always know what to expect. I like the option of getting a loan car so I'm still able to get on with my life. The service technicians are helpful & friendly and are always available to give advice.

The sales consultant was very professional and helpful.

Once again I experienced great service. They were very good at prioritizing the servicing of my Outback because I was waiting around with my children. Very helpfull.
