Culinary Skills Australia has been working in co-operation with current industry professionals to develop training materials and a delivery style that can be tailored to our client's needs, while maintaining the high standards required of a successful food service business.
All our certificate courses are delivered in the workplace one-on-one with students. This enables our trainers to see the students in real work situations. It also helps the student to feel comfortable and focused on what they are doing, promoting confidence because they know our trainers are available on the spot to answer any question and provide necessary support. Trainers are also accessible directly between visits via e-mail and phone.
Cookery students also have the option of becoming part of our student network. By registering on our network you will get access to social networking events where you can meet other students and employers and make valuable connections.
