Our residents are particularly proud of the community centre which is a conversion of the former Enfield Council building and includes original features such as beautiful jarrah floorboards. Residents gather here to listen to speakers, enjoy watching visiting entertainersor to catch up for coffee. We offer great community facilities including a fully catered dining room, hairdressing salon, indoor bowls and a village bus and our grounds feature a landscaped courtyard.
General services include professional village management team 24 hour emergency medical response, maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds, internal villa maintenance, building insurance to full replacement value, council rates, use of all on-site facilities, maintenance of Community Centre, common areas and infrastructure. Additional services for our supported living apartment residents also include 3 meals a day, changing linen in the apartment once per week, cleaning of the apartment once per fortnight and provision of medication with meals.
