I aim for an end result of "everybody is happy". The way I go about achieving this is:
To be polite and informative at the consultation stage. I am more than happy to offer advice or inform you of the processes involved, and what your options may be.
To respect your space while the process takes place. This involves being neat, tidy and organised, and protecting floor surfaces with drop sheets, ensuring gates aren't left open, and basically infringing on your day to day routine as little as possible.
To ensure that all aspects of my work comply with the relevant Australian Standards.
To ensure that all aspects of my work are functional and structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing.
At the end of the job, the only "evidence"of a tradesman having been at your place should be the work that has been done. You are left with a new product, which hopefully meets or exceeds your expectations; a product which you are happy with and happy to pay for..."Everybody is happy"
