Brenda is a Women's Health Coach
She qualified as a naturopath in 1992 from Sydney's Nature Care College where she was the winner of the Blackmores Best Clinician Award. She went on to work for Blackmores for 6 years obtaining valuable expertise, qualifications and experience. Since then Brenda has deepened her knowledge of natural medicine and healing through clinical practice, corporate training and ongoing professional studies.
Brenda is qualified in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, life coaching, homeopathy, energy healing and Raindrop Technique. She has recently upgraded her qualifications for the latest advances in naturopathic and nutritional medicine. Brenda is a credentialed life coach (PCC) and has an MBA from Macquarie University. Brenda is also a yoga teacher trained by Swami Sarasvati.
Brenda has a special interest in nutrition and food and is a passionate advocate for home cooking, kitchen medicine and natural, wholesome foods. She believes the more we grow and prepare our own food the healthier we will be.
She's had some interesting interludes in her career for travel to Bhutan, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Nepal, USA and Indonesia where, in each place, she investigated the traditional medicine practices and foods of the country.
Brenda assists people to become their own best doctor. She works with weight loss issues, children's complaints, mood and stress disorders as well as many other conditions. She offers naturopathic consultations and testing including live and coagulated blood morphology, bio-impedance analysis for body composition and the latest in iris analysis techniques. She also offers coaching sessions, 12-week health programs and is an aromatherapist. Brenda also runs nutrition and cooking workshops and was previously a regular speaker and yoga teacher at Sydney's Billabong retreat.
