Counselling is used with an integration of hands on modalities, including energetic balance. A session would involve an initial intake and an in depth discussion of one's life and taking a look at the struggles they are dealing with in the present moment. Each session is developed with this in mind and an intuitive diagnostic tool is used in respect for the current presenting patterns and imbalance. Energy healing is especially useful in times of stress, helping to address conditions of physical trauma or emotional and psychological disturbances. Regular energetic work creates and maintains more balanced states of physical harmony and mental well being, relieving symptoms of blocked energy such as pain, confusion and decreased energy. This a co-creative process where we both join together to help you release what no longer serves you, heal what is ready to heal, and grow and uncover your full potential.
Cathy Igancio has studied in natural therapies for over 10 years. Having suffered from an anxiety disorder herself, she has put her heart and soul in helping people overcome emotional and physical pain. She has completed a Diploma in Advance Counselling, Baby Massage and Mother Care, and she has gained certification in hypnotherapy, Swedish massage, crystal healing, Touch of Health (1), hot stone massage for body and feet, and traditional Thai yoga massage.
Her emphasis is on truth, and believes that only when we open ourselves to the truth. Is when we can truly move forward.
Techniques and treatment used are vibrational remedies, crystals to help balance and energise chakras, guided meditations, sound, colour, tapping techniques, light channeling, desensitization, regression, affirmations, muscle testing, and body scanning to determine any weaknesses.
