Megan is a bachelor qualified naturopath with additional qualifications offering a with a wide scope of practice including remedial and pregnancy massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. It's about integrating various health modalities to suit your individual requirements, as well as integrating your holistic health plan with any conventional health treatments.
Your individualised treatment plan may incorporate a tailored herbal medicine mix, nutritional medicine prescription, or body work with dietary and lifestyle recommendations always a mainstay for sustainable long term health. It's about working out a plan that will give you the best outcome for health and wellness with a focus on your major health concern while considering any positive and negative influences. At the end of the day it's your journey and my role is to assess, evaluate and provide recommendations to optimise your health and always have your best interests at heart.
