We offer Individual Consultations and Group Workshops designed to inspire and empower women to have a healthier relationship with food, be active and feel more comfortable in their bodies.
Carlia is a Nutritionist, a transformational and motivational speaker and the entrepreneurial creator of Welcome to Wellbeing. W2W is one of Sydney's leading clinics in the area of women's health and wellbeing using the "non-dieting" approaches to address weight and eating concerns. Carlia inspires and empowers women to have a healthier relationship with food, be active and feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. Carlia has a strong interest in the psychology of eating behaviour and weight management, in particular binge eating disorder, body image dissatisfaction and emotional-based eating. She works within the "non-dieting" approach to weight and eating concerns and is a proud member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and The Center for Mindful Eating (TCME).
