Journey Within is a "wholistic health" based practice that primarily specialises in using Kinesiology, Reiki and EFT as methods of facilitating balance and achieving optimum health with clients.
Other modalities such as Colour, Sound, Crystals, Essential oils and Visualisations just to name a few are also integrated into individual sessions when required.
Each session is undertaken in a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
I am 100% focused on searching, identifying and clearing sub-conscious blockages/imbalances that limit you from achieving optimum health and well-being.
To integrate your body, mind and soul in a way that allows you to gain awareness of choices where previously there seemed none available.
The source of these blockages/imbalances may be either Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual and/or Nutritional. If left uncleared they will have the effect of either
