What is Kinesiology?
The overall process of kinesiology is to access your own innate wisdom (your body and your subconscious hold all the information about you) and to stimulate your own innate healing potential. To do this the practitioner uses a technique called muscle testing which uses your body's biofeedback system to illicit responses from your subconscious mind.
Each session will be unique as it is guided by your own individual needs at the time, in the present moment.
