What is EFT?
EFT (commonly referred to as “tapping”) is the Trademark for the Emotional Freedom Techniques, a group of techniques used by trained practitioners to provide freedom from many emotional and physical effects of stress on the human body.
By the use of gentle and non-invasive techniques wherein the practitioner directs the client to tap with his fingertips at certain locations on the face and hands whilst affirming negative and positive phrases pertaining to the relevant offending subjective issue, constrictions of the body’s normal energy flow are cleared away and healing results.
The Emotional Freedom Techniques are highly effective in the treatment
(generally permanently) of many stress related conditions and afflictions.
Lifestyle related and Post Traumatic Stress, Phobias, Anger, Fear, Guilt, Sadness/Grief, Cravings, Addictions, Dyslexia, Anxiety, Depression are dealt with in a manner which need not cause the client emotional discomfort and in certain instances without the practitioner needing to know the circumstances surrounding the underlying causes.
