David Woolcott has been in full time practise as an Naturopath for over 34 years and involved in natural medicine for over 40 years . His aim is to prevent illness rather then treating it, but of course he does that as well. However, he treats the person as a whole and not just the symptoms. David uses Iridology (Germany Method) , Live Blood Diagnostic(Dr. Trevor Douglas), Polysan Test and extensive case History, to help him to find the cause of the problem. David prescribes nutritional and herbal medicine, homoeopathic and isopathic remedies ( Sanum Therapy). David is well known around the world as a leader in Natural Medicine and has strong links with the Dr Thomas Rau in Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland.
David has many service awards: In 1995 he was awarded outstanding service award in appreciation of contribution for education in Natural Therapies by the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine and in 1999 a community service award in recognition of services rendered to promote natural medicine in the community.
David is a founding member of the Counsellors Association of the Preventive Medicine Movement 1985, he worked on the board as a state committee member in W.A from 1985 right up until 1989/ 1990 when the association become the Complementary Medicine Association (CMA) in 1989/1990, David continued to serve as a Board Member in the state committee right up to 1996 and in 1996 he was elected to served on the Federal Executive Board of the Complementary Medicine Association (CMA) for several years. In this time as the Federal Executive, David was awarded The Federal Executive Service Award in Recognition of the valuable contribution he made to the Association while serving on the Federal Executive Board.
