Mixed Media/acrylic painting classes at Living Art Studios in Cremorne point and Workshop Arts Centre in Willoughby.
Classes are for adults and teenagers. All levels of experience welcome. Both day and night classes. Classes run by professional artist/teacher and facilitator of 25 years.
About the classes-
These courses are designed for students on all levels to broaden their horizons using techniques in acrylic, watercolour, ink, pastels, gouache and collage. Explore colour, tone, form, texture and composition as a means to achieving either mixed media or acrylic works. Landscape, still life, portrait or figures can be subjects. Students are encouraged to capitalise an mistakes and develop their own individual marks. Problem-solving will be in layers.
"I endeavour to help students to relax into the painting process rather than focus on results. I aim to facilitate , in painting terms, an inner dialogue with the subconscious from where strong expressive work emerges."
