After years of trying to find a Christmas pudding worthy enough to live up to our gran's original recipe, we decided we needed to make our own!
We're proud to offer our 100% handmade, all natural, artisan Christmas puddings. We have adapted a 60 year-old traditional English recipe, minus the suet to make it lighter and tastier, and use organic dried figs, sultanas and raisins, plus generous amounts of french Brandy and Coopers "extra" stout. We add no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
To ensure our puds make the finest, most unique gifts (or just a special treat for yourself) we wrap each one in a limited edition, hand screen-printed, 100% linen tea towel and we have a variety of designs to choose from.
As we are suet free, our pudding is also suitable for vegetarians and a vegan, gluten free version is also available. Our standard pudding size is 1 kg and feeds 6-8 people, with larger sizes available upon request.
We can also provide custom designs and printing for personalised gifts, corporate hampers etc. We can print and wrap puddings in tote bags, t-shirts, in fact just about anything made out of suitable fabric.
