The owner, Olivier is from Brittany in France , he worked for more then 10 years in the best pastry shops in Paris .
Olivier is responsible for the production, he always insure the highest standard quality is produced.
We pride ourselves to have the best croissants on the Gold coast made with 100 % butter, giving the flaky buttery taste and texture.
Almond croissants, chocolate eclairs, clafoutis, apple pies, apple turnovers, petit fours are the favourites of our regular customers.
The baguettes are made with french flour, we also bake a variety of bread made with spelt, rye, wholemeal and multigrain.
We are famous for the Croquembouche, made with profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and assembled with toffee. Our croquembouche can be the centre for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or any occasions.
Our professional pastry chefs can create for any occasions beautiful wedding cakes or birthday cakes.
You can find french imported food, tablecloths, cutlery and gifts in our shop.
