The company started from humble beginnings in the family home in 1997, by mother and daughter team Anna and Melissa Zollo. All our recipes are Anna and Melissa 'originals' and popularity of the product saw the business outgrow the home kitchen in the first 4 years of trading. In 2001 Heavenly Delights began operating from a HACCP accredited, professional commercial kitchen in North Adelaide and supplies reputable quality cafes, international hotel chains, major event venues and also sells direct to the public from the kitchen door.
