For your wedding every attention to detail is taken into account, such as colour coordinating the whole design of the cake to the Bridal Flowers, the Bride and Bridesmaids dresses to the Grooms attire. The sugar flowers are all handcrafted and individually made. A personal touch to the cake design may be added by using details from the wedding dress, invitations or jewellery.
The Quality of the cake is as important as the decoration, for example the Fruitcake is usually made up to three months in advance made with the finest of ingredients and liberally fed with brandy whilst maturing to ensure a rich and moist cake. All types of sponge cakes come only with a 10-day guarantee from cooking to ensure a light and delicate texture.
