Ponti's Bakery is a family owned and operated wholesale bakery located in Melbourne. We supply cafes, sandwich bars, take away food stores and other food businesses in the Melbourne Metro area. All our bread products are free of additives, preservatives, flavourings and colouring agents.
We have recently introduced a line of Pita Breads inspired by Authentic village recipes. These include Cypriot Pita (Australian first), Italian Piadina, Greek Pita (souvlaki wraps), Lebanese Wraps and Pizza Bases.
Ponti's also specialises in "boutique" size loaves which are also referred to as "special tin" or "jumbo" in the industry.
This is the really large loaf with the little price tag.
The loaves each have 23 slices, making 11.5 sandwiches and are available in White, Wholemeal, Multigrain, Light Rye, Dark Rye, Sough-dough White or Rye.
There are also two fruit breads available in this size:
Raisin Bread or Sourdough Apricot and Date.

Turkish Pide Rolls, both round and long
Ciabatta
Focaccia
Baguettes
A selection of round, long, seeded etc too.
We also bake croissants, danish pastries and distribute cookies and biscuits that are all baked at our premises daily.
