A barbecue and outdoor furniture are provided.The sitting room has original cedar bookcases, jarrah flooring and a large open fire (wood supplied) CD player, television, DVD player and a wide selection of quality books, games and CDs for relaxing evenings.The two queen size bedrooms, in the main house, overlook a sweeping lawn, with rural views to the distance. The loft, which adjoins the main house and situated above the stone garage, is cosy and welcoming, and has an additional television and DVD player. Access from the loft to the main house is provided by pine stairs, across an undercover verandah and into the main house - this takes only a matter of seconds. The loft is one large room, with stone walls and exposed beams. There are two single beds, which can be made into a king size bed, plus two additional couch beds, which are ideal for children and most adults. All beds, excluding the two couch beds have electric blankets. A baby's cot with all linen, which meets all safety standards, can be provided.The well appointed large bathroom has a full size bath, separate shower (not over the bath) and heating for the cold winter months. The toilet is separate.Please note that Blenheim does not require air conditioning, as the house has extremely thick walls and stays beautifully cool throughout the summer months. In winter, guests enjoy the warmth of a large open fire in the sitting room and a slow combustion heater in the kitchen.There is an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.Blenheim suits every need from romantic couples, through to a party of eight.
