The menu has five entrees, from soup to spiced coconut prawns to oysters, smoked salmon and a pasta dish. Main courses, which come with potato of the day, include scotch fillet, atlantic salmon, roast duck, beef fillet and fish of the day. Salads and vegetables are ordered separately. The chicken supreme is a baked breast fillet with brie, apricots, bacon and chives served on spinach and topped with lemon hollandaise. Desserts include a brandy snap basket and cheese plate.
