Yes we do this as a part of the service but much more, read on; Sea water is circulated through a engine by a rubber impeller that has a specific service life. When they fail, they stop pumping water and your engine can overheat and cause long term damage. The impeller can allow break up and block essential water tubes. As a part of our annual service we supply & fit a complete water impeller pump kit.
We also remove the thermostat and test, replace if necessary and refit. This well priced quality service schedule you should not bypass for a short term cost saving. We also remove the gearbox and give the engine a good going over, compression testing the engine, checking all the fuel systems, replace filters and load test the engine.
