QUALIFICATION & ACCREDITATION
All 8 highly qualified employees are specialist vehicle refinish technicians, vehicle body repair technicians; and master vehicle mechanic; who also hold many I-Car Australia certificates & accreditation including I-Car Platinum Individual Qualifications; as well as small business management qualification. We are also a VACC Accredited Body Repairer.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
During August 2014 our vehicle repair and spray painting facility changed over from the antiquated traditional spray painting method to waterborne environmentally responsible spray paint system. We use only Spies Hecker Permahyd Hi-Tec world class refinishing systems.

You the Insured, are 100% entitled to have your vehicle repaired to Manufacturers Specifications according to their current repair methods and systems. We only use new genuine parts and new genuine car glass. Insist on a "Choice of Repairer" policy to ensure you have absolute choice of repairer. If you don't, your vehicle will be shifted to any repairer of the Insurers choice.
