Ayres Automotive was first established in Gippsland during the early 1950s by current owner Billy Ayres' grandfather Jim. It was carried on by Billy's father Kevin, & finally taken on by Billy himself in 2006. Established during a time when mechanics were gentlemen, Ayres has kept true to these values & prides itself on good old fashioned honest service & quality workmanship.
With automotive experience in such a large number of diverse sectors, there are very few contractors, big or small, who have the readily available know-how required to deliver a quality outcome on a consistent basis. Our knowledge-bank is deep, & few of our competitors can compare.
With a full time, fully qualified spare parts interpreter, our workshop staff are freed up to be 100% productive, at all times. Beyond this, we are also a preferred purchaser for many leading spare parts brands. This allows us the availability to make quick purchases of required stock and parts, and what's more, we are often purchasing direct from the manufacture.
As one of Australia's fastest growing trading networks, we are very excited to introduce our new fleet customers to the service as it provides mutual benefits for both parties. Joining takes very little extra effort.
