Recognizing the need for small to medium size business necessitating efficient and affordable bookkeeping solutions, By The Numbers Bookkeeping Solutions, was set up by Robert Diaz, and is offering all aspects of bookkeeping and BAS services.
Robert has over 19 years experience in Accounting and in particular the last 9 years in public practice. He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and of the Institute of Financial Accounts and is registered with the Tax Practioners Board as a BAS Agent.
This vast accounting experience and knowledge is applied to this practice giving the client confidence and ease of mind that their accounts will be managed accurately and carried out within Australian tax law and will thereby save expenditure on re-work that does not need to be carried out by their accountants.
We have a specialty in recovery/reconstructive bookkeeping for clients who have fallen behind in their accounting and BAS obligations.
Our preferred software includes Xero, MYOB and HandiSoft products.
We are a Xero Partner and can supply Xero software and management, specialising in the conversion of MYOB accounts to Xero accounts or the setup of a new Xero account. As a Xero Certified Advisor and Xero Payroll Specialist we can cover all aspects of Xero management.
