For new clients, we offer a free no obligation meeting, complete a health check to determine the state of the books, review current systems and advise, assign an appropriate bookkeeper and implement our PBS procedures and systems.
We provide the full range of bookkeeping services and work on MYOB and Xero. Standard work includes sales and purchase processing, credit card processing, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliation. BAS work is processed through our ABN BAS association.
If we work from your office we produce a "Client Bookkeeping Manual" which covers all aspects or your bookkeeping requirements from filing to reporting. This manual can be accessed by another bookkeeper should the current bookkeeper be away for sickness or holidays.
We also produce regular financial reports with a strong focus on empowering business owners in their financial matters, removing confusion, fear and uncertainty and replacing it with clarity and control.
