Books to Balance was established in 2010 and taken over by Dietmar and Simone , who saw that there is a niche in the market for mobile bookkeeping for small business. As qualified accountants, we met with more and more clients where it has became evident that the level of service provided by off-site bookkeepers was not sufficient enough to keep businesses up to date, or owners in the loop with their current financial situation. Business owners need to be able to concentrate on building and running their businesses and have confidence in leaving the day to day bookkeeping to a professional and reliable bookkeeper.
As Books to Balance has grown, we have developed a team of dedicated and experienced bookkeepers who enjoy working with a variety of clients from the hospitality and construction industry to property developers and more. With experience using MYOB, Reckon (Quickbooks) or Xero , as well as general administration duties we have someone who can fit your bookkeeping needs.
As a mobile bookkeeping company we pride ourselves on being flexible with times and locations, if you are located within 30 kms of the Perth CBD we have a bookkeeper who can come to you and discuss your bookkeeping needs.
If your location is further afar we are willing to try and help find a solution to bridge the distance and get your bookkeeping back on track.
If you feel your bookkeeping can be completed off-site we also offer this service with a weekly, fortnightly or monthly meeting to ensure all data entry is being captured.
