Thirty years after closing our doors, there are still no other project home companies that have won as many awards from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects as Pettit+Sevitt.
(No wonder we’ve been immortalised with a permanent exhibit at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum.)
The great news for project home buyers desperate for a better standard of design, not just a big house, is we’re back to raise the bar once again.
Several new designs by legendary Australian architect, Ken Woolley, the genius behind the original Pettit+Sevitt range, are on the drawing board, including the Hillside, a brand new model developed specifically for sloping sites, and new millennium versions of the iconic Lowline and Split Level.
As always, they are simple, functional and distinctive houses that use space cleverly (as opposed to just a lot of space).
To minimise heating and cooling costs, not to mention the cost to the environment, natural sunlight and cross-ventilation are used to maximum effect.
If you'd like to arrange a meeting to view 3D video animations, design drawings and floor plans of the new homes, call Val Sevitt or email us.
You may not have owned an original Pettit+Sevitt but you can be amongst the first to live in one of the best project homes ever since.
