Bill Kerr has over 40 years experience in the building industry and is a BSA house and commercial builder. In addition, he is an experienced and skilled site supervisor and project manager with a credible track record in this specialized and disciplined area within the Industry. In these roles, Bill has managed and organized successful completions of several major projects for extremely satisfied clients.
It is always Bill and Melissa's preference to employ local trade people including young and mature aged apprentices, local sub-contractors and local suppliers. The company's site foreman, Ralph Auliff has 45 years experience as a residential and commercial builder and has been a senior member of K & A Building Pty Ltd for 15 years. Both he and Bill have a strong work ethic and dedication to always maintain a professional team to ensure the highest level of quality work is delivered.
