We are based in Wagga Wagga and have worked on a wide range of building projects in the local region and around South West NSW for well over 25 years. We have extensive experience with the design, construction and project management of private homes, schools, colleges, nursing homes, residential aged care homes, offices, shops and industrial buildings. We have also designed for heritage sites and historically sensitive projects. Arriving at the optimum design, navigating the planning and approvals processes, setting a realistic budget, managing and coordinating other consultants such as engineers and cost planners, selecting materials and methods of construction, finding the right builder and managing the building contract are just some of the tasks you will need to involve yourself with, if you decide to undertake a new building project or to carry out alterations and additions.
One of our major aims in all projects, whether they be new buildings or alterations and additions, is to maximize the energy efficiency of the building when planning and locating spaces and when recommending construction methods and materials to be used. We endeavor to be a good ecological citizen, constantly promoting relevant and viable sustainability practices into all our designs. Energy efficient concepts incorporated into a building design from early on have the potential to pay for themselves over and over during the lifecycle of a completed building.
